MENOPAUSE IN THE WORKPLACE

Strengthening Understanding, Support & Confidence

MENOPAUSE AWARENESS

Clear, practical education for teams and managers

Support your employees with practical, evidence-informed menopause awareness sessions that build understanding, reduce stigma, and help people feel supported at work, without over-medicalising the conversation.

My sessions are informative, inclusive and human and help employees:

  • understand what menopause is (and what it isn’t)
  • recognise common symptoms and their possible impacts
  • feel more confident seeking support and advice
  • understand how menopause can show up at work

The focus is on normalising the conversation, improving understanding across teams, and creating a more supportive workplace culture.

Sessions are designed to be appropriate, inclusive and respectful, with no expectation for personal disclosure or oversharing.

“… such an informative session on this very important topic! The feedback from has been amazing and I encourage other organisations to link in with Lynda”

WHY INVEST

Supporting people through a key life transition

Organisations introduce menopause education to:

  • increase knowledge and share understanding across the organisation
  • support employee wellbeing through this life transition
  • reduce stigma, misunderstanding and misinformation
  • improve confidence and retention
  • create psychologically safe workplaces
  • help managers have more informed, appropriate conversations
  • educate all employees, regardless of gender or life-stage

Menopause awareness provides a shared baseline of understanding, helping organisations respond with clarity, consistency and empathy, while supporting employees both at work and in their wider lives – enabling more informed conversations with colleagues, family, friends, and healthcare professionals.

In short, this is an investment in people, wellbeing, inclusion, and long-term organisational health.

“Lots to help us understand the stages that we go through as women in midlife & what is available to help us navigate this portion of our lives.”

        Be Inspired

“Lynda really opened my eyes to the variety of symptoms that women experience in their menopause journey and the ways in which it can affect different parts of your life.

When giving a webinar to our workplace (which was attended by a mixture of men and women), she communicated the facts of perimenopause and menopause openly and warmly, making us laugh but also expressing the need for us to understand and support each other. It was enjoyed by all and we learnt a lot from it!”
