Putting the ‘Me’ into Menopause is also available in a series of ‘lunch and learns,’ where each session covers a different topic in more detail and allows more time for discussion and the creation of a personalised self-care plan.

This specialised session explores the essential aspects of self-care with specific customisations for the peri and menopausal stages of life.

      Hello, I’m Lynda,

      I bring over a decade of experience as a qualified Life Coach specialising in the unique challenges of midlife. Holding certifications in Third Age Women (focused on menopause and well-being), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), I am dedicated to equipping individuals and workplaces with the tools for positive transformation.

      Completion of ‘Navigating Midlife Transitions’ at the Modern Elder Academy further enriches my understanding of the complexities inherent in this phase of life.

      In my 50s, I now reflect on my perimenopausal years as a period of personal growth and expansion, marked by numerous disruptors, lifequakes, and transitions. My journey fuels my passion for guiding individuals, both within the workplace and the community, through the nuanced challenges of perimenopause to the liberating phase of menopause and beyond.

      As an educator and guest coach, I collaborate with organisations, community groups, and retreats, offering tailored talks and workshops. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate midlife transitions with resilience and embrace the opportunities for growth.
