DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR THE CALL?

Prior to the MIDLIFE CLARITY COACHING session, you will be asked to provide a summary of what you would like to focus on. This is the area of your life, challenge, or idea, that we will expand upon in our time together.

Other than that, feel free to make notes or simply turn up.

What HAPPENS IN THE SESSION?

In the MIDLIFE CLARITY COACHING session, you’ll have one hour of dedicated time with me, as your coach, to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. The session involves open and supportive conversation where you discuss challenges, set intentions, and work towards personal growth. I will offer insights, practical guidance, and encouragement, helping you gain clarity, navigate decisions, and take meaningful actions aligned with your values.

It’s a confidential and judgment-free space tailored to your needs, empowering you to overcome obstacles, discover new perspectives, and create positive changes in your life.

WHERE DO THE COACHING SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Coaching sessions are carried out via Microsoft Teams – a link will be sent to you via email for this video call when you complete your booking. You do not require a Microsoft Teams account to access the video call, simply enter as a ‘Guest.’

What Is My Investment?

Your investment is £85. This is to be paid, in full, prior to the MIDLIFE CLARITY COACHING session taking place.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?

While I cannot guarantee specific results, as each coaching journey is unique and success depends on our collaborative efforts, I am committed to guiding and supporting you to the best of my ability. The MIDLIFE CLARITY COACHING is a two-way partnership, and your active participation is crucial in achieving your goals and aspirations. Together, we’ll work towards progress that aligns with your individual needs and objectives.

HOW DOES THE EMAIL & WHATSAPP SUPPORT WORK?

You are welcome to reach out via email, and/or WhatsApp messaging and voice notes as frequently as needed in the 14 days after your session. I will make every effort to respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS
While I typically do not offer refunds as a standard policy, I do have a two-week cooling-off period during which you can cancel your package and receive a full refund. Beyond this initial period, I am committed to being flexible in my support for you. If you find yourself dissatisfied with my coaching/mentoring services, I am open to discussions and, if necessary, will gladly consider a refund to address your concerns.

Hi, I’m Lynda,

I am a qualified Life Coach with over 10 years’ experience. I am Third Age Women Certified (a certification focused on menopause and wellbeing), a Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), & have recently completed ‘Navigating Midlife Transitions’ with the Modern Elder Academy.

At 56, I look back on my perimenopausal years as a time of personal growth & expansion, having experienced many disruptors, lifequakes & transitions in midlife of my own.

From ending a significant relationship, to investing heavily in my own EQ and finding my ‘Mr Right’;

From leaving full-time employment, after 25+ years, to set up as a freelance marketing consultant & midlife transition coach.

Moving to the coast after living in London for 16 years.

From exploring respite foster caring to embracing being part of ‘the otherhood’, seeing myself as child-ful, not childless;

Accepting that my parents are in their twilight years & coming to terms with supporting them from afar;

Not knowing my ‘what’s next?’ to finding my north star;

The shedding of old identities & embracing the new, & learning to love myself, no matter what … to name but a few!
